Naomi Harris

Naomi graduated from the University of the West of England with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation.

During University, Naomi gained qualifications in Massage Therapy, taping techniques and was awarded the FA Basic and Intermediate First Aid qualifications. Naomi has also completed the RFU Pre Hospital Immediate Care in Sport (PHICIS) course which has equipped her with the appropriate skills required to provide immediate care at pitchside events.

Whilst training, Naomi was fortunate enough to work at Bath Rugby. Whilst she was here she worked alongside the medical team where she was able to expand her knowledge of early stage and late stage rehabilitation as well as sport specific rehabilitation. As well as this, Naomi worked at Filton College where she treated sports players ranging from Dancers, Table Tennis players, and American Footballers.


Outside of University, Naomi started Pitchside work with Kingswood Rugby Club in Bristol in the 13/14 season. She then went on to work with Old Colstonians Rugby Club for the 14/15 season, and is currently with Thornbury Rugby Club where she provides Pitchside First Aid on match days, as well as rehabilitation on training nights.

Naomi has also worked extensively with Bristol School Rugby and is currently working for Bristol Bears Academy with a team of Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists and Sports Rehabilitators who work alongside coaches and Strength and Conditioners training younger players from the Bristol area in developing their skills and educating them on the importance of good training techniques and movement patterns so that they are safe and confident as they progress with their training.

Expanding from rugby union, Naomi is working alongside Cribbs FC offering injury assessments, treatments and advice on training nights.


Harriet Jones

Harriet graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2025. Since qualifying, she has been working within Musculoskeletal (MSK) NHS Outpatients in the Forest of Dean, where she has gained experience assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of MSK conditions.

Alongside her NHS role, Harriet brings a strong background in fitness and rehabilitation. She previously worked as a Personal Trainer for five years, developing a solid understanding of strength training, movement patterns and injury prevention. She has a particular interest in injury rehabilitation and supporting patients in returning to activity safely, effectively and with confidence.

Harriet also has extensive personal experience in high-level training and performance. She has competed in PCA Bodybuilding, achieving 3rd place in Britain in the Wellness category. She is currently training for a marathon, giving her a strong appreciation of the physical demands of endurance sport and the importance of appropriate strength training and injury prevention throughout training cycles.

In addition to physiotherapy, Harriet is qualified in Massage Therapy and will be undertaking Acupuncture and Cupping courses in the near future. She is passionate about delivering evidence-based, individualised care to help patients reduce pain, improve function and reach their personal goals.
